In the sun-kissed hills of Akkar, northern Lebanon, our family’s olive-growing tradition has endured for more than three centuries. Beginning in the early 1700s, each generation has cared for the land, expanded the groves, and preserved the craftsmanship passed down by our ancestors.

Our EVOO harvest begins with olives handpicked at peak ripeness and cold-pressed within eight hours to preserve their freshness, aroma, and natural character. The result is a rich, golden extra virgin olive oil with a smooth texture and distinctive peppery finish, shaped by Akkar’s mountain air, wild herbs, and fertile soil.

Every bottle from our EVOO harvest reflects generations of resilience, dedication, and a lasting connection to the land.
